- Valid boater's license required if born on or after January 1, 1989
- Complete signed waiver(s) before using the pontoon
- You are responsible for pontoon damage or accidents during the rental; optional Buoy insurance is available, with no additional operator coverage
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before check-in for a full refund; 14–29 days before check-in for a 50% refund. No refund within 13 days of check-in or for weather or natural conditions once confirmed.

If your rental days match the number of nights in your Stone Ridge Retreat stay, access runs from check-in to check-out. Otherwise, delivery and pickup follow the rental period, typically at 10 AM; on check-in day, your pontoon is delivered dockside when you arrive.
Complete the waiver(s) within 24 hours and before your rental date.
