- Arrive 45 minutes early; everyone in your party must be present to sign a waiver
- Parents or legal guardians must sign waivers for all minors

- A $1,000 security-deposit preauthorization is required and held until the boat is returned undamaged beyond normal wear
- Stay within an approximately 8-mile radius, from Michigan City to the west and Lakeside to the east
- Plan all arrival times in Eastern Time
- A processing fee and fuel surcharge apply and are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the rental agency cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel, a refund is available only if the reservation is successfully rebooked. No-shows are charged the full price.
