- Arrive at least 15 minutes early; sessions begin once everyone has arrived
- Complete the waiver and code of conduct before your session
- Wear closed-toe shoes and non-restrictive clothing suitable for throwing
- Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or other substances
- Follow all on-site coaching and safety instructions while throwing or spectating
- Bring your own alcohol only if desired; hard liquor and spirits are not allowed
