Fly above Manhattan on a 25–30 minute VIP helicopter tour that also swings south to Coney Island and north to the Palisades Cliffs. You’ll spot NYC landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Central Park, and the George Washington Bridge from the air.
A $40 per person heliport fee is required. A deposit may be required to guarantee seats—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Max weight is 300 lbs per passenger; passengers 250 lbs or more must purchase an additional seat.
Cancel within 24 hours of departure or no-show: 100% charge. Late arrivals handled case-by-case. Same-day heliport reservations cannot be canceled after payment. Passengers 250 lbs (113 kg) or more must buy an additional seat; max 300 lbs (136 kg).
Check in 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
Bring a government-issued photo ID for each passenger. The person paying must also show their photo ID at check-in, and the credit/debit card used to book must be presented and match the cardholder’s ID.
No bags are allowed onboard. You can bring cell phones, tablets, smartphones, cameras, and sunglasses, except Galaxy Note 7 devices. Leave other items at the heliport; token-operated lockers are available, and tokens cost $2.

A few guests reported issues with flight timing (being taken up earlier than their booked slot) and seat assignments, which matters significantly for a sightseeing experience where window views are everything. There were also mentions of non-functioning headsets and concerns about professionalism during check-in. While the majority of recent visitors had wonderful experiences, it seems the quality of service can be inconsistent, so managing expectations around logistics might be wise even though the actual flight experience tends to impress.
