Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight time. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure and no-shows are charged 100%. Late arrivals are handled case-by-case. Same-day heliport bookings cannot be canceled after payment.

No bags are allowed onboard the helicopter. You can bring a cell phone, tablet, smartphone, camera, and sunglasses (except Galaxy Note 7). Leave other items at the heliport; token-operated lockers are available for $2 per token.
