Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time; late arrivals receive only the remaining rental time
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for each rider
- Drivers must be 18 or older; passengers must be 10 or older
- Weight limit: 450 lbs total per jet ski and 225 lbs per person
- Expect a $20 USD dock fee per jet ski, not included in the listed price, payable in cash at check-in
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, back or neck pain, heart conditions, and severe medical conditions are not permitted
- Alcohol or drug use is not permitted
- Leave cell phones, cameras, tablets, drones, glass containers, and smoking items behind
- A $500 USD charge applies if the jet ski capsizes; you are responsible for other damage to the jet ski
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations 24 hours before departure receive a 70% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if the activity is suspended by port authorities due to weather.

No previous experience or boating license is required. Receive pre-ride training, then ride in a marked 400-by-400-meter driving zone under staff supervision.
Bring swimwear, biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, dry clothes, a towel, and a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for each rider. Water shoes and a rash guard are recommended.
Leave cell phones, cameras, tablets, GoPros, drones, and other electronic devices behind; they are not allowed during your jet ski rental.
