    Do I need experience to ride an electric scooter?

    No experience is necessary; training is provided before the tour.


    What are the age and weight requirements?

    Riders must be at least 8 years old, and the maximum weight is 260 lbs.


    What should I wear?

    In summer, light breathable clothing and sunglasses; in winter, warm layers and gloves. Helmets are provided and required.


    What happens if it rains?

    Tours run rain or shine. In severe weather the operator may reschedule or offer alternative options.


    Can two people ride on one scooter?

    No. Each rider must have their own scooter.


    Things to know

    Riders must be at least 8 years old and under 260 lbs. Guests under 18 need an adult to sign the waiver. Tours do not operate when temperatures are below 32 °F.

    Cancellation policy

    Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled. No-call, no-shows forfeit their purchase. Tours run rain or shine; in severe weather the operator will reschedule.
