🗺️ Antelope Canyon Kayak & Hike Itinerary
📍 Meet-Up Guests meet their guide at Antelope Point Public Ramp. After check-in, your guide will fit everyone with life vests and kayaks, followed by a brief safety talk and paddle orientation so the group is comfortable and ready to launch together.
🚣 Guided Paddle Into Antelope Canyon We launch as a group onto the calm waters of Lake Powell and paddle approximately 1 mile into Antelope Canyon, led by your guide. As the canyon walls narrow, your guide helps set the pace, points out notable formations, and shares insight into the landscape as light plays across the sandstone.
📖 Stories Along the Way Throughout the paddle, your guide shares stories of the Colorado River, Lake Powell, canyon geology, and the cultural and natural history of the region, adding depth and context to the journey while keeping the experience relaxed and engaging.
🥾 Guided Canyon Hike After securing the kayaks, the group continues together on a 1.5-mile guided hike into the canyon. Your guide leads the route, pausing for photos, highlighting unique features, and allowing time to absorb the quiet beauty of the canyon.
📸 Photo Moments & Pauses Your guide will indicate the best locations for photos and brief moments of reflection, ensuring the group stays connected while enjoying the scenery at a comfortable pace.
🚣 Return Paddle We return together along the same route, hiking back to the shoreline and paddling out through the canyon and across Lake Powell. Depending on conditions and the season, your guide may offer a short swim stop along the way.
🌵 Tour Wrap-Up We arrive back at the launch point where your guide assists with equipment and wraps up the experience, answering questions and sharing final insights before you head on with lasting memories of Antelope Canyon.
