- Arrive 30–45 minutes before your start time for check-in, waivers, and a mandatory safety briefing
- At check-in, bring the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact
- Drivers must be ages 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license
- Passengers must be ages 12+; participants under 21 must be accompanied by an adult age 21+

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Bookings made less than 48 hours before the tour are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. Weather-related operator cancellations and verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed Puerto Rico doctor may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
