- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation for boarding
- Ages 18+ only
- Present the credit card used for your booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in
- The name on the credit card must match the booking contact name
- Do not jump into the water from the deck while it is moored
- Keep pets in their own life jacket while on the deck; you are responsible for pet-caused damage
- Arrive sober; service may be refused at check-in if you appear intoxicated
- Expect possible postponement or cancellation for lightning or high winds
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Bookings made less than 48 hours before the tour are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed for operator weather cancellations or verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
