What is the minimum number of travelers required to run a journey?
A journey requires a guaranteed minimum of either six or twelve travelers to operate.
What happens if a journey is cancelled due to low enrollment?
If the minimum is not met, the journey will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
What is the cancellation policy?
90+ days before start: 100% refund. 60–89 days: 50% refund. Less than 60 days: no refund.
Is travel insurance included?
Yes, Silver Plus Travel Insurance is included.
Are flights included?
No. All airfare to and from Cape Town International Airport (CPT) is the traveler’s responsibility.
What kind of ground transport is used?
Dedicated chauffeur service in luxury Mercedes V-Class vans.
What currency should I bring?
South African Rand (ZAR). Cards are widely accepted; carry some cash for small purchases or tips.
What should I wear for winery tours?
Closed-toed shoes are mandatory for entry to production areas and cellars.
Are all meals included?
Daily breakfast is included. Group lunches and dinners are included as specified in the itinerary.
What happens if I have a flight delay?
The traveler is responsible for any costs to rejoin the group if arrival or departure is delayed.
What is the age requirement?
You must be 18+ in South Africa to participate in tastings and alcohol-related activities.
What is the policy on traveler conduct?
Strict adherence to the Code of Conduct is required; travelers may be removed without refund if they jeopardize safety or enjoyment.

You will be provided with a 24/7 Tour Manager or Concierge emergency contact number upon arrival.
