- Arrive up to 10 minutes before the event begins, as the Kitchen opens then and starts promptly
- Menus are nut-free, but the facility is not allergy-free and uses shared cooking tools
- Outside food is not permitted
- An additional 30-minute charge, not included in the listed price, applies if you stay more than 10 minutes past the event end time
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Event deposits apply only to the booked date and time; changing either forfeits the initial deposit and requires a new deposit. Changes or cancellations within 5 days and no-shows are not accommodated, and you remain responsible for the full deposit and balance.
FAQs
Update your selected menu, guest count, add-ons, and favors at least 5 days before your event. After that, your headcount is guaranteed and cannot be reduced.
Popular add-ons include appetizer, side salad, and dessert bites; a Chef's Challenge with an additional 30 minutes; an additional 30 minutes; take-home aprons; and lemonade and iced tea.
