Know before you go
- Ages 6+ only, and each group must include at least one participant under 18
- Arrive during the 10-minute check-in window before your event; cooking starts promptly
- Outside food is not permitted
- Menus are nut-free, but the facility is not allergy-free and shared cooking tools are used
- Leave within 10 minutes of your event end time; an additional 30-minute charge applies for longer stays
- Bring beer, wine, or bubbly only; liquor is not permitted
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Event deposits are non-transferable. Changing your event date or time requires a new deposit. Changes, cancellations, and no-shows within 5 days of the event are not accommodated, and you are responsible for the full deposit and balance due.

Update your menu, guest count, add-ons, and favors up to 5 days before the event. After that, your guest count is guaranteed and cannot be reduced.
