- Arrive during the 10-minute check-in window before the event begins
- Menus are nut-free, but the kitchen is not allergy-free and uses shared cooking tools
- Outside food is generally not allowed; limited exceptions require at least 5 days' advance notice, and an outside-food fee applies
- Any approved outside food must be nut-free, ready to serve, and require no heat, refrigeration, or freezer space
- Limit accompanying adults to one per child, except the birthday child's parents and grandparents
- Leave within 10 minutes of the event end time; staying longer incurs a charge for an additional 30 minutes
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Changes or cancellations within 5 days of the event and no-shows are not accommodated. Changing the event date or time requires a new deposit.

For a birthday party, you may bring a nut-free cake that is ready to serve and needs no heat, refrigeration, or freezer space. Notify the kitchen at least 5 days ahead. An outside-food fee applies and is not included in the listed price.
