Minimum age is 5, and minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Trips operate rain or shine. Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate.
Bookings (1-7 pax): Refunds/changes require at least 48 hours notice; non-refundable within 48 hours of departure. Group bookings (8+ pax): Full refunds require at least 7 days notice; non-refundable within 7 days of departure. Operator may cancel with full refund.
Wear a swimsuit (or swim shorts) under your regular clothes so you can change easily by the river. Bring a towel and warm, dry clothes for after the trip. If the weather is cold or rainy or you get cold easily, bring extra layers to wear under your paddle jacket (polypropylene, fleece, or wool works best when wet). You can also bring water and a snack for the bus ride after the trip.
Store any belongings you bring on the bus during the trip.
Plan for about 3.5 hours total, including roughly 1.5 hours on the water. Trip duration is approximate and can vary due to traffic conditions and river flow.
