The person renting and operating the boat must be at least 18 years old, though passengers of any age are welcome. A valid ID and a credit card in the renter’s name are required at check-in.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Reservations made the same day are non-refundable. In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, staff will reach out to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Cloudy skies, overcast or less than ideal temperatures will not trigger a weather related cancellation.
A: Please arrive 10 to 30 minutes before your reservation start time. For 10:00 am bookings, arriving 10 minutes early is sufficient.
A: You must bring the credit card used for booking, the cardholder must be present, and a matching valid photo ID is required.
A: Your rental time begins at the scheduled start time, and unused time is not refundable. Late arrivals may reduce your rental time.
