Cancellation Policy
Full price is charged for cancellations, date changes, no-shows, or not meeting tour requirements unless advance notice is received: 24 hours for 1–5 people, 48 hours for 6 or more, and 72 hours for private tours. Tours require at least 4 people. If canceled due to low participation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
