Things to know
Ages 21+ only. Public rides require a minimum of 8 pedalers to launch. If riders are expelled for careless riding, a $200 fee is charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 2+ weeks out for a full refund. Within 2 weeks, no refund unless your seats are resold. Day-of cancellations: no refunds; $75 cancellation fee added and a rain check provided. If canceled due to events out of their control, you get a raincheck, not a refund.

Yes. Public rides need at least 8 pedalers to launch. If there are not enough riders, your reservation will be canceled and your credit card will be refunded.
Bring a valid ID, a completed waiver, your own drinks, a phone playlist (aux cord and speakers are provided), snacks, soda or water (no glass), comfortable shoes, and plan ahead since there is no bathroom on site.
Bring your own beer, hard seltzer, or wine, but do not bring glass containers. Keep beer and hard seltzer to 36 oz per rider and 8% alcohol by volume (ABV) or lower. Wine must be in a can, a pre-packaged box, or a plastic bottle (one 18 oz box per passenger). Alcohol you bring is not allowed inside The Well.
