Things to know
Ages 21+ with valid ID required. Public rides require a minimum of 8 pedalers to launch. If your group is kicked off, a $200 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 2+ weeks out for a full refund. Within 2 weeks, no refund unless your seats are resold. Day-of: no refunds; $75 cancellation fee added and a rain check provided. If canceled due to events out of their control, you get a raincheck of same value, not a refund.

Bring a valid ID, a completed waiver, and your own drinks (bring your own beer, seltzers, or wine). You can also bring a phone playlist for music, snacks, and soda or water (no glass). Wear comfortable shoes.
Yes—bring your own beer, hard seltzers, or wine. No glass containers. Alcohol must be 8% alcohol by volume (ABV) or lower. Per rider: up to 36 oz of beer, up to 36 oz of hard seltzer, and wine must be in a can, pre-packaged box, or plastic bottle (one 18 oz box per passenger). Alcohol you bring is not allowed inside The Well.
Decide the route with your Captain after your group checks in. Arrive with suggested stops you’d like to make during the 2-hour ride.
