- Arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Ages 7+ only
- Wear proper walking shoes; high heels and bare feet are not allowed
- Leave backpacks, backpack baby carriers, food, drinks, and tripods behind
- Expect to walk 1 mile, descend 275 steps, and ascend 275 steps in high humidity
- Not recommended for heart conditions, severe asthma, difficulty taking steps, or conditions that hinder the required walk
- Pets are not allowed in the cave; certified service dogs are allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $10 processing fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price; late arrivals are not guaranteed a tour or refund.
