Important details
- Check in 15–30 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Requires walking one mile and descending and ascending 550 stairs on uneven terrain in humid, wet conditions
- Not recommended for heart or breathing conditions, including uncontrolled asthma or COPD, or for those using walking assistive devices
- Bring an inhaler if you have asthma
- Wear proper walking shoes; high heels and bare feet are not allowed
- Leave backpacks, backpack baby carriers, food, drinks, and tripods behind; front baby carriers are allowed

Receive a full refund when you cancel more than 24 hours before departure. A $10 processing fee may apply for cancellations within 24 hours. No-shows are charged the full price. Late arrivals are not guaranteed a tour or refund. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
