Know before you go
- Arrive 20 minutes before your tour time
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Ages 5–15 must ride with a parent; ages 16+ may paddle without an adult
- Weight limit: 300 lbs for a solo kayak and 550 lbs for a tandem kayak
- Wear a life jacket if under 18; adults 18+ may choose whether to wear one
- Bring wet shoes, drinking water, sunblock, a hat, loose-fitting clothes, and a change of clothes
- Expect a credit card processing fee not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 24 hours before start for a refund or rescheduling. No refunds or rescheduling for cancellations without 24 hours' notice or no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or any other reason.
