- Clear kayaks hold up to 2 people, with a 400 lb vessel limit and 250 lb limit per rider
- Paddleboards hold 1 person and have a 350 lb weight limit; they are best suited for ages 14+
- Complete a waiver before boarding
- Wear the provided U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while on the water
- Bring the credit card used for booking and a matching photo ID
- Your card may be charged up to $250 for equipment damage
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make changes at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation or rescheduling. Late returns are charged $15 for every 15 minutes past the scheduled return time.

Plan to arrive 30–60 minutes before your start time because parking is limited and weekends fill up early. If you don’t have a parking spot, you can park at Winn Dixie and shuttle in.
Bring water in a reusable bottle (no plastic), quick-dry clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
You must be 18+ to book. Guests under 14 must ride with an adult, and all minors must have an adult (18+) present with them on the river.
