Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Bring long pants, closed-toe shoes, a water bottle, and a cell phone
- Ages 7+ only; riders under 18 must ride with an adult
- Riders must be over 46 inches tall and under 230 lbs, within the required height-to-weight ratios
- Requires mounting and dismounting from the ground without a mounting block
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Rides operate rain or shine
- Expect a 4% Resort Tax and 4% Forest Service Fee added to the listed price; card payments have a 3% surcharge
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before the activity for a refund minus a 3% non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Day-of cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the booking total. Declining to ride due to nervousness or personal choice is treated as a cancellation. Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead may be available; within 24 hours is non-refundable.
