    Important details

    • Arrive 30 minutes before your ride
    • Bring long pants, closed-toe shoes, a water bottle, and a cell phone
    • Ages 7+ only, with an adult accompanying riders under 18
    • Minimum height: 46 inches
    • Weight limit: 230 lbs, plus height-to-weight ratio requirements
    • Requires mounting and dismounting from the ground; mounting blocks are not allowed
    • Pregnant riders cannot participate
    • Ride rain or shine
    • Expect a 4% Resort Tax and 4% Forest Service Fee in addition to the listed price
    • A 3% credit card surcharge applies to card payments and is not included in the listed price

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancel 7+ days before for a refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Day-of cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Choosing not to ride is treated as a cancellation. Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead may be accommodated based on availability; within 24 hours is non-refundable.
