    • Navigate Class II-IV rapids when water levels allow
    • Bring a lunch to enjoy at the office picnic tables before or after your trip

    • Check in with the trip leader
    • Hop on the bus
    • We drive you to the put-in where you will receive a safety briefing by the trip leader and a boat assignment
    • You meet your guide, load into the raft and go down the river!

    FAQs

Ages 6+ only. During high water, typically May 1–July 15, participants age 17 and under may be restricted from the Class IV stretch, and the trip may be adjusted.

For May, June, and late September trips, bring a bathing suit to wear under the provided wetsuit. In July through early September, wear quick-drying clothes you do not mind getting wet. Wear sturdy sandals or water shoes; sandals without back straps are not permitted.

Trips typically run rain or shine. The route or trip may change if water levels or safety conditions require it.

This class was such a fun way to spend a the afternoon. We went in knowing nothing about fly fishing, and came out actually feeling like we could do this again. No need to buy or borrow gear beforehand either - wetsuits and shoes are included, so we just showed up ready to go. Our guide Everett was awesome. He explained things clearly without ever making it feel like a lecture, and was endlessly patient every time we messed up a cast (which was often). If you’ve been thinking about trying fly fishing, just do this class. We had such a good time and it was a low-stress way to start. We loved it and would absolutely do it again!
