- Ages 8+ only; children must be accompanied by an adult
- Weight limit: 270 lbs
- Requires moderate-to-adventurous activity, including hiking, swimming, and climbing
- Wear the provided helmet and life jacket at all times
- Wear closed-toe shoes; Crocs, sandals, and flip-flops are not allowed
- Bring the card used for the reservation and matching valid photo ID at check-in; the cardholder name must match the reservation contact
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for serious back, heart, or mobility conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Bookings made within 48 hours and cancellations within 48 hours are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. If the operator cancels for safety concerns, choose rescheduling or a refund.
FAQs
Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes that can get dirty or wet. Bring a towel, sunscreen, and a waterproof phone pouch. Crocs, sandals, and flip-flops are not allowed.
Swimming is recommended but not required for the Charco Azul adventure. A helmet and life jacket are provided and must be worn at all times.
Rain may affect water levels and route conditions for the cave adventure.
