Important details
- The reservation holder must be the credit card holder and primary driver
- All drivers must be 25 or older, and only drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle
- Requires valid driver's licenses and collision and liability insurance valid in the USA and Canada
- Requires a signed rental agreement within 3 days of reservation, plus driver's license and insurance documentation
- Travel is limited to Carcross, Yukon Territory, and Emerald Lake; travel to Whitehorse is not permitted
- Canada travel is prohibited from November 1 through March 31
- Refill the gas tank before return or a $10-per-gallon charge applies
- Return by 5 PM; a $100 late-return fee applies
- Car seats and booster seats are available for an additional charge
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before pickup for a 97% refund; a 3% plus tax cancellation fee applies. Cancellations less than 5 days before pickup are nonrefundable. Receive a full refund for verified cruise ship or Alaska Seaplanes disruptions that prevent arrival; proof may be required.
