- The charter requires a signer age 21+ with a valid government photo ID
- This is a bareboat charter; the signer takes possession and control of the vessel for the charter term
- A U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and is hired independently
- Captain compensation is not included in the listed charter price and is paid directly, approximately $100–$150 per hour
- A card is kept on file, and you are liable for damage charges after the experience

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 10 or more days before your booking date. 50% refund for cancellations 3 to 9 days before. No refund within 72 hours. Weather cancellations initiated by the operator are rescheduled at no cost.
