- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and orientation
- Complete a waiver and sign the trip manifest before departure
- Wear secure footwear that can get wet and muddy; flip-flops are not allowed
- Bring a credit card for a refundable $150 deposit per tube, returned when equipment is returned in good condition
- Leave pets at home
- Expect a 3% Bureau of Land Management fee and a $2 Forestry, Fire and State Lands Tax not included in the listed price for tube and stand-up paddleboard rentals
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund less a $25 booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are available if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical failure, insufficient reservations, or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.
