No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of departure may forfeit the full fare. You'll receive a refund if the operator cancels for weather, mechanical failure, or insufficient reservations. Tours run rain or shine; weather cancellations are decided at departure. If you cancel for weather and the operator does not cancel, the full fare applies.
