- Arrive 10 minutes before your trip time
- Complete a separate waiver for each person before departure
- Child pricing applies to ages 5–11; children must weigh at least 50 lbs and be at least 4 ft 3 in tall
- Paddle rafting requires ages 15+
- Pass a final dry-suit fit check with a secure, watertight seal at the neck and wrists
- Expect trips to operate in most weather; lightning storms and extreme downstream winds may prevent departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of trip time are nonrefundable. For groups of 6 or more, cancel at least 48 hours before trip time for a 50% refund. All canceled reservations have a 10% admin fee. Full refund if the operator cancels for safety reasons.

FAQs
Wear non-cotton base layers, such as polyester or wool, under your dry suit. Bring two pairs of non-cotton socks, a rain jacket, and eyeglass retainers if needed.
Professional photos are taken during the rafting trip and are available to purchase as a package. Preview them after the trip at the office.
