- Arrive 10 minutes before your trip time
- Complete a separate waiver for each person before arrival
- Ages 12+ only; paddle rafts require ages 15+
- Wear long pants, long sleeves, and two pairs of non-cotton socks under the provided drysuit
- Expect trips to run in most weather; lightning storms and extreme downstream winds may prevent departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Groups of 6+ canceled 48 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. Canceled reservations are subject to a 10% admin fee. Full refund if the operator cancels for safety reasons.
