Itinerary

1. Introduction and Safety Briefing Overview of eFoil equipment, how it works, and safety procedures. Instructions on how to use the remote control, balance on the board, and maintain safe speeds. Explanation of water conditions and potential hazards.
2. On-Land Practice Dry practice session to familiarize with the board and remote control. Tips on body positioning, balance, and how to maneuver the eFoil.
3. Water Practice Initial practice in shallow, calm water to build confidence. Guided attempts to stand up, balance, and control the eFoil. Gradual progression from riding on the surface to lifting off and "flying" above the water.
4. One-on-One Coaching Personalized feedback and tips from experienced instructors. Continuous guidance throughout the lesson to help improve skills and technique.
5. Free Riding Time Opportunity to practice independently under the supervision of the instructor. Time to explore the water and enjoy the sensation of eFoiling.
6. Use of Equipment High-quality eFoil board and remote control provided. Safety gear such as a helmet, life vest, and optional wetsuit or rash guard.
7. Post-Lesson Review Recap of the lesson and progress made. Suggestions for further improvement and additional practice if desired. Option to book future lessons or ask questions about eFoiling.
