Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged full price. Full refund if Ike's Parasail cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-call/no-shows will be charged full price. No refunds for last minute opt-outs due to sea-sickness.
