- Arrive 45 minutes before the activity start time for check-in, waivers, and instructions
- Ages 3+ only; participants must be accompanied by an adult age 18+
- Weight limit 235 lbs
- Pregnant travelers and people with back injuries cannot participate
- Bring the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the reservation contact
- Wear knee-length shorts or long pants and closed-toe, secure shoes; Crocs, sandals, and flip-flops are not allowed
