Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Bookings made less than 48 hours before start are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed for weather-related operator cancellations or verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
