Important details
- Arrive at the marina 30 minutes before departure and check in no later than 15 minutes before your charter begins
- Complete the required rental agreement and liability waiver; every member of your party must sign the digital waiver before arrival
- Children ages 12 and under must wear a life jacket; life jackets are available onboard
- For 7–13-person Bareboat Charters, the captain and crew fee is not included: you'll pay $100 per hour directly to your hired captain at the start of the charter
- Charters require vessel confirmation
- Expect the captain to change, cancel, or reschedule the cruise if weather or water conditions require it
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 14 days' notice. 50% refund with 7–13 days' notice. No refund within 7 days. Full refund if the operator or captain cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.
