Know before you go
- Arrive at the marina 30 minutes before departure and check in at Captain's Corner no later than 15 minutes before charter start
- Every person in your party must complete a digital liability waiver before arrival; a rental agreement is also required
- Children 12 and under must wear a provided life jacket throughout the charter
- Swimming and use of the giant flamingo or floating island require a charter of 3 or more hours
- For 7–13-person bareboat charters, a Captain and Crew fee of $100 per hour is not included in the listed price and is collected directly at charter start
- Expect the Captain to adjust, cancel, or reschedule the cruise when weather or water conditions require it
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 14+ days' notice; 50% refund with 7–13 days' notice. No refund within 7 days. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator or Captain cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
