Dress warm in layers; it can be cool on the water. Arrive 15 minutes early for boarding.
Refund with 24 hours notice minus a 10% processing fee. Cancel within 24 hours and tickets are forfeited with no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
