Know before you go
- A legally able and capable operator is required to operate the boat safely and responsibly and is responsible for the party’s safety
- Have a Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate if born on or after January 1, 1989 and operating the boat
- Sign the waiver before arrival
- Use this boat for day use only; camping is not permitted
- Return the boat by 5 PM on the final rental day
- Request children’s life vests ahead of time or bring your own
- Expect financial responsibility for damage, cleaning, recovery costs, loss of rental use, and other charges under the rental agreement

Cancellation Policy
90% refund for cancellations 21 or more days before the reservation. 50% refund for cancellations 14 days before the reservation. No refund for cancellations 7 days before the reservation. A 50% refund may be granted when unsafe weather affects most of the rental; overcast or light rain does not qualify.

Only the person listed on the rental agreement may operate the boat. The operator must be legally able and capable of operating safely and responsibly and is responsible for the party’s safety.
Renters must be 18 or older. A Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate is required to operate the boat if you were born on or after January 1, 1989.
Alcohol and drug use are not allowed while operating your pontoon rental.
