Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and nonrefundable. No changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are permitted within 72 hours of the reservation. Missed or late sessions will not be rescheduled. Arrive on time; arrivals more than 5 minutes late may forfeit their spot. Open rain or shine. If lightning occurs during your encounter, receive a gift card refund or reschedule.
FAQs
Add 45 minutes after your scheduled encounter to relax in a shaded private cabana, eat, or view the animals from outside the pasture. It does not add time with animals in the pasture.
