Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Drivers must be ages 21+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Passengers must be ages 12+
- Maximum combined weight is 300 lbs per jet ski
- Maximum capacity is 2 participants per jet ski
- Bring the credit card used for your reservation and matching valid photo ID; the name must match the reservation contact
- Complete the required waiver and safety briefing before riding
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times and follow staff instructions
- Rides may change or be canceled due to weather and water conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Bookings made less than 48 hours before the tour are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. Exceptions may be allowed for operator weather cancellations or verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
