Know before you go
- Complete an electronic waiver for each participant
- Ages 8+ only
- Requires walking up to 3 miles at a time on varied terrain at elevations up to 6,000 feet, with modest climbs and descents
- Not suitable for participants with impaired mobility or hiking restrictions
- Bring a small backpack, at least 1 liter of water per person, snacks, sturdy footwear and layered clothing with a wind or rain jacket
- Bring waterproof boots, warm socks, thermal layers, a warm hat and gloves in winter and early spring, when the Sequoia walk may use snowshoes
- Adults 16+ owe a $20 park admission fee not included in the listed price; non-resident adults owe an additional $100 fee
- An America the Beautiful Pass or Non-Resident Annual Pass covers admission for up to four adults
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes 7+ days before: $10 per person fee. Less than 7 days: 50% of the full trip cost charged. Within 72 hours or for no-shows: full trip cost charged. Trips operate rain, snow, or shine.
