- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in, gear pickup, and orientation
- Drivers must be ages 21+
- Wear closed-toe shoes and bring comfortable clothing for short hikes
- Bring a face covering for dusty trail conditions
- Gratuity is not included
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals unable to join are non-refundable. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling; a $100 fee applies if a new time is accommodated. Full refund if unsafe weather cancels the tour and it cannot be rescheduled. Booking fees are non-refundable on partial refunds.
