Cancellation Policy
$15 plus tax per person is non-refundable for reservations made more than 3 days in advance; balance refundable with at least 3 days notice (14 days if receiving a group discount). No refunds within 3 days. A $20 transportation fee applies if only 2 guests (except tubing); waived if more guests reserve.
