Saddle up for a 1-hour guided horseback ride through Custer State Park, designed for first-timers and relaxed riders. Follow the trail along French Creek Nature Area and enjoy a walk-only pace.
Maximum weight limit is 230 lbs for riders 6 feet or less; if you are 6 feet or taller, clarify the limit with Greetwell before booking. Riders must be physically fit, able to remain upright, and follow wranglers’ instructions. Backpacks, purses, cameras, Go-Pros, ponchos, neck accessories, and water bottles are not allowed on the ride.
Full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full credit if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe inclement weather that prevents the tour from departing. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full price.
Arrive and check in at the stables office 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time. Rides leave on time and won’t wait for late parties.
Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
Leave behind backpacks, purses, fanny packs, cameras, Go-Pros, ponchos, neck accessories, and water bottles. Don’t wear or carry anything hanging from or tied to you. You may bring a cellphone to take pictures.
