- Weight limit 270 lbs
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Requires walking on steep, rocky, muddy and uneven terrain without assistance
- Pregnant travelers and those with heart, back or serious medical conditions cannot participate
- Wear secure closed-toe shoes such as sneakers or hiking boots; Crocs, sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
- Use the provided helmet and life jacket during required activities
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo identification for check-in
- If using transportation from select San Juan properties, be ready at your pickup point 1–1.5 hours before the tour
- Self-driven participants need an owned or rental car to follow the guide from the meeting point; rideshare and taxi arrival are not accepted
- Expect some activities to be unavailable when weather or river conditions make them unsafe
- Expect a longer, more challenging hike on Saturdays
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Bookings made less than 48 hours before are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed for operator weather cancellations or verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.

Yes. At check-in, present the credit card used for your booking and valid photo identification. The first and last name on the card must exactly match the booking contact name.
Bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a camera or waterproof phone case. Leave towels and dry clothes on the tour vehicle during the hiking and water activities.
Lunch is not included, and the tour does not stop at a food location.
