Meet in the lobby of Sylvan Lake Lodge and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and waiver completion. Guests must be able to take steps into and out of the Jeep; no pets. Driver cash gratuity is customary and not included with your online payment.
Full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full credit if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe inclement weather that prevents the tour from departing. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full price.
No. You ride on paved roads in a standard open-top Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and the tour does not take bumpy roads.
Dress for an open-air ride and bring sunscreen if you want it. Layers are encouraged, and blankets are available. You can bring bottled water with a lid.
Tours often still depart in rain, and you can request the top to be snapped back on. Lightning will force the tour to be rescheduled or delayed.
