Rafting requires a minimum weight of 50 lbs and is guided. Potomac Play Pass is unguided and requires 30 lbs; Aerial Adventure Park is staff-monitored but unguided, requires closed-toe shoes, and has a 40–265 lb limit. Single guests are not allowed to go alone on unguided activities.
Cancellation Policy
$15 plus tax per person is non-refundable for reservations made more than 3 days in advance; refund balance with at least 3 days notice. No refunds within 3 days, or for cancellations/no-shows. A $20 transportation fee is charged if only 2 guests are on a trip (waived if more guests reserve).
